Cruised on Harmony because it is new and grand and full of activities. Kids (5 & 7) loved Adventure Oceans and the activities provided. Definitely pack closed toe shoes for everyone to enjoy the activities on board. Husband and I loved the zip line, ice skating, surfing, slides, rock climbing, etc. Ship is full of elaborate furniture, some of it trumps walking space and pathways, which can be frustrating. Ease of embark/disembarkation at ports was smooth with zero wait. Definitely request a table AWAY from the waiter stations if possible as dining rooms are busy and crowded. Dive shows are wonderful, make sure you make reservations with the "box office" on the first day as it isn't easy finding the box office after then. Use the "Royal IQ" app to take all ship information with you during the day. Each elevator lobby has a touch screen tablet to help you navigate the ship. Second to last day, we were offered a punch card for alcoholic beverages, $6 each for 10 drinks, as opposed to $10+. Robotic bar tender pours more heavily than casino or pool bars.. highly recommend robotic bar. Rising Tide is a bar that raises from Promenade up 3 or 4 flights - it's fun to watch and ride.
If you have 4 in your stateroom, request a cabin where adult beds are near the balcony (instead of the door) as we could not access the balcony when couch was turned into 2 beds without a lot of climbing and injuring ourselves on sharp corners of desk and couch.
Cabins are very modern, including USB port chargers. Pack your own soap/shampoo/conditioner as the only item provided is hand soap and dispenser cleaner (could be shampoo or body wash, who knows).
Paid $20 for a float/mat since there were a lot of rocks and urchins on zip line side. I saw many people visit First Aid from beach hazards. I recommend picking a chair on the Cove side near Arawak Aquapark.
