They are extremely organized. The entertainment on the boat especially at night are professionally executed. The entire crew, including the captain, walk around the ship and greet people asking how they are doing. Embarking and disembarkation is excellent. The Suites are in great shape where they offer a variety of free movies, daily fresh fruit and twice a day cleanup in your suite. The ship itself his huge, walk three times around the third deck and you walked a mile. They have an array of paintings, jewelry, clothing and liquor that may be purchased. Food and Dining - was wonderful. They have an array of different food items from sushi to Mexican to American to Italian and such. Overall it was good. There is a charge though for any type of soda. Water, Iced Tea, Lemonade Coffee and Tea are only offered. There is though an evident portion control in the Lido Cafe (Buffet) section but you can overcome that by simply asking them for more. Finally, the Shore Excursions are little lame. The ticketed price overall is to high for what you really get. The Lumberjack Show in Ketchikan is good. This Alaskan Cruise is not for children or teenagers - they will be bored.
Finally, the ships route and its scenery is one continual portrait of God's unspeakable creation that one has to experience on their own.
These rooms are very well maintained twice a day. Very clean. Rich bedding and such. The lavatories and its shower might need a little renovation but other than that it's ok.
A beautiful European looking city with its floral laced sidewalks and green grass. Worth the stop.
This was truly awesome. It is a must see!
This is a very well organized procedure. You might have to wait a little in line. Otherwise all ok.
