We chose this cruise for the ports of call and wasnt disappointed. Shame that the tours in Cairns were so disorganised. We enjoyed the entertainment on board. The crew were friendly and attentive as usual. Royal should clean out the air con vents more regularly as many people were coughing as we were and are still today which is very unpleasant. My husband looked at ours in the cabin and they were really clogged up. Pool area should have been policed better as there were babies in the pool and hot tubs in diapers which is against the health and safety rules. Royal make a big show about health issues and this is clearly one that should be monitored. People were also smoking on outer decks when they had been asked not to when refuelling in clear view of crew and werent told about it. Disembarkation was a shambles as numbers were called but luggage wasnt there which caused confusion and annoyance.
