Radiance of the Seas Alaska Northbound (Vancouver -> Seward) July 31 through August 7

Embarkation: Upon arrival at the Vancouver airport, we checked the price for the RCI transfer to the ship: $35pp. Well, we know from past experience that a taxi is less than $50, so that's cheaper (there were two of us, so $50 < $75). Sure enough, the taxi was $45 including a quick stop for snacks.

I've never been on a cruise where embarkation was this easy.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Great extra-long balcony. You may need to ask your cabin steward to get chaise lounges. It's fun to get breakfast delivered and eat on a lounge chair on the balcony.

Shower has a curtain instead of a door. Watch for water splashing out onto the rest of the bathroom.
