We love NCL and this cruise did not disappoint. Embarkation is never fun but we love the advantage of being at the gold level. The embarkation staff were great. We do walk off disembarkation and our only suggestion there is that we should be able to do the walk off at any time during the disembarkation instead of the assigned early time. My husband is a late and slow riser, so disembarkation always gets a bit stressed.

This was our first time in an oceanview after being in a balcony or mini-suite for the past 6 or 7 cruises. I was anxious about it and expected the worst. We were very pleasantly surprised though and found the cabin very spacious with lots of storage. We chose to have the beds divided which definitely made the fit better and it was very easy to get around.

We were very happy about the entertainment in the Stardust Theater. We had been finding the shows repetitive during the past few years and so we were thrilled with the new Swing show and the new country show. We are usually not into either genre but really enjoyed the shows none the less. The juggler was amazingly good and we stayed for the whole show even though we didn't intend to. We have never liked Second City. The "Get Down Tonight" show is old news, and really needs to be retired.
