First time cruising, had an amazing week. The food was delicious (especially Le Bistro and Cagneys). The drinks were great (especially mudslides) and the bartenders at the Pub and Whiskey Bar are the best. We already planning for another cruise on NCL. The DJ is terrible, plays the same songs in the same order every night at Bliss - get some new songs! Deal or No Deal is a lot of fun, Cruise Director Mark is great! Fitness center is really nice, but be prepared to wait to get a treadmill. The two main dining rooms are fabulous, would highly suggest those rather than the buffet for dinner, but make reservations! You can make reservations for both specialty dining restaurants AND main dining rooms online and it makes all the difference. Cabbage beach in Nassau is great and only costs 4 dollars a person to get to by taxi. Book something early on Great Stirrup Cay so you are assigned an early tender to the island to cut down on waiting time.
Big, clean, great steward, comfortable bed
We took the bus to Cocoa Beach, spent the day on the beach (you can rent a tent for 10 dollars), walked to the Pier, great day and not expensive!
Eco boat tour was great, on the quiet side of the island, it was beautiful and peaceful. The tour doesnt really go anywhere and we only saw a few animals, but the tour guides gave a lot of local information, and the views and quiet were wonderful.
Went to Cabbage beach by taxi in the morning, beautiful beach. The locals are aggressive, but very friendly. We haggled and got a cheaper rate for chairs, and the unlimited drinks for 15 dollars is a good deal. Go early, it gets crowded as the day goes on. Had lunch at Sharkeez Tiki Bar, food was below average and drinks were weird.
