Cabin: Balcony

I read a lot of reviews with pros and cons about big ships, and then appeared the Harmony with a TA by Nov 2016, but when a couple of weeks later decided to take it, no insides were left, so the bottom price was about $ 2,000. Too much money for me. Looking for other options, Norwegian Epic was in my budget, and was the chance for first time to try a big ship and a balcony for just $ 2,500 the couple including UBP and gratuities.

Actually, I would give a 5 rating, but there are some details not well managed, that made me to give just a 4. Some examples: poor communication on entertainment schedule, disembarking, daily menus, etc. You have to check every morning what show is running where and when, the highly promoted booking on your tv is not true.

Also, I would not recommend to use the paid restaurants, there is not a major difference with the included ones, in the japanese place, the cook and the server expect additional tip beside the 18% already charged.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BF

If you can choose a cabin, take this one, or the cabins right above her. The bed is next to balcony, so, there is not the problem with the main complain of the sink on front of the bed, and no clearance to walk. Depending on who shares the cabin, the shower and toilet arrangement may be an issue, but not with a partner or family.
