Sail Date: Apr 2017
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom

Wanted to see Sicily, great experience but though the ship could do with some updating, carpets need replacing. Bathrooms a very good design. Plenty of storage space in the cabin. Food very good. Restaurant management and staff with a few exceptions could do with additional training. The BBQ dinner was exceptional heaps of lobster tails and prawns.

We booked early and no consideration was given when the fares were dramatically reduced, trying to contact the shipping company for any kind of advice was like pulling teeth for us and our travel agent. Not a very easy company to deal with.

I would not sail again on this ship as I believe the standard and service is better on other ships although the food was first class. Most ships these days provide wine with meals they did not. They wanted $54 US per day per person in a wine package, cheaper to buy wine by the glass US$10 approximately.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin BX

Needs renovation looking a bit old, plenty of storage space, no lounge just two chairs. Needs power points next to the beds for charging appliances.
