Friends booked the cruise from Santa Cruz, Tenerife and we decided to join them. The travel agent in Puerto Santiago told s that only 6 cabins remained on sale so we booked an outside cabin costing €1240, two days later an English website offered a selection of cabins some £300 cheaper. We complain and given a small rebate and the promise that we had been upgraded. Our cabin 9033, had a lifeboat blocking the entire view, we should have booked an interior cabin at a substantial discount. I have written with photographs to the travel agent and Pullmantur without any response. The food and catering staff were very good but the reception staff ignored my comments. The ship is in reasonable condition for such an old one.The entertainment was as good as we have ever seen aboard ship, excellent variety of shows, good for English even though this is a Spanish company.
