The itinerary, great price and perks due to relocation from Europe. Cruise started terrible with the absolute worst embarkation process we have experienced in over 50 cruises. One line led to another leading to another etc with no one seemingly in charge. Escalators did not work, staff seemed to not be in control, etc.

Once on board this became one of our best cruise experiences. The ship's dining and cabin staff were exceptional. The entertainment led by the cruise director, Richard spacy was over the top. The bar staff was equally excellent although the frozen drinks (Margaritas, Pina Coladas etc were below standard: weak tasting). The ship was spotless.

Balcony cabin was good but lacked adequate drawer space. Bathroom and shower were more then adequate. Food was excellent from our the main dining room to the buffet. Wait staff made it an even more enjoyable experience. Overall an exceptional experience marred by the disasterous embarkation process.
