I have sailed on Freedom 3 times so I expected Liberty to be very much like it, but even better as they just had a revamp not to long ago. we were with a 17 and 20 year old. The ship was identical to the Freedom in every way with the exception of the added water slides and upgraded kiddie area.
The positives:
* The shows were great but fill up VERY QUICKLY. Make sure you arrive for a seat at least 30 minutes ahead of time as there are no reservations needed. This goes for the comedian both adult and non-adult, the ice skating show, the musical(s), etc...

Roatan
took the kids to go parasailing at one location then to do an all inclusive at another. Because of the difference in the time, we had to wait until 10 before parasailing even started so we lost nearly 2 hours. Didn't leave us enough time to really enjoy the rest of the activities which were held at a different location including the beach day and other things we were supposed to do.
