We have previously done this repo cruise but wanted to do it again. We flew on a direct flight from Newark to San Juan the day of sailing. We arrived in San Juan just before noon and headed directly to the ship. My wife has mobility issues and a crew member gave her wheelchair assistance upon arrival at the terminal.

Check in was quick and before boarding the ship, we stopped at the liquor store in the terminal to pick up two bottles of bubbly. Upon embarkation, the crew member brought us directly to our room which was ready to receive us. We next went to the Oceanview cafe for lunch and sat outside at the Sunset Bar. For your information, there is no longer any smoking allowed at the Sunset Bar which is great!

Our first and second stops where St Thomas and Sint Maarten. Having suffered through a long winter and with Johanne still recuperating from a hip replacement it was great soaking in the warm waters of the Caribbean. Johanne in the first days of the cruise managed to get two spa treatments, a pedicure and a head, neck and foot massage with a hot oil drip on the top of her head. She loved both treatments.

Cabin Review

Ocean View 7

Cabin 07

Cabin was in fairly good condition considering the age of the ship.
