Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

I booked this cruise with points that I saved on my rewards credit card. I chose this particular cruise because of the southern caribbean itinerary. A different port everyday and just one day at sea before we got back was perfect! The ship overall was in great shape - clean and new. Just a few blemishes in my cabin - we were on the 9th deck with a balcony. My only complaint was the bed which was extremely HARD, but our cabin steward, Milton, did his best to soften it. We chose the "my time" dining which worked out perfectly since it was just the two of us. We did not wait at all for dinner and had a private table 6 out of the 7 nights. We also purchased the beverage package since I don't want to have to worry about extra charges. The service was great and people on board were friendly and courteous.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Room was clean with a few cosmetic blemishes. The shower was very small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Port Reviews

San Juan

You need to take a taxi from the port to Old San Juan.

St. Maarten

We took a cab to Maho Beach which was much cheaper than the same excursion purchased on the ship. It's a very small beach but you have to experience the jets landing at least once. There's a bar/restaurant there also.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

We took a cab to Carambola Beach Club - just beautiful. Rented two chairs and umbrella for $30.
