I took cruise to go to Ochoa Rio, Jamaica. Due to unforeseen situations,the port for Jamaica cancelled. The way it was handled is not acceptable. There should have been some compensation, some offer/ options for everyone. The Staff was rude when asking questions, the Captain never showed his face; not even at the Captains ball after making that type of decision that affected a lot of peoples lives in a major way. I went to Caymen Islands last years cruise, I wouldn't have paid to go to just the same place. Food was not that good, and minimal from last years experience. The food areas closed a lot sooner. Our room never got touched by the Stewards until after 7-8pm. I have a family cruise coming in September that I may strongly encourage my family to cancel. The number of people onboard there was not enough Customer Service help ever.
