We booked this cruise based on the ship itself. We had been to theses ports before, and while nice, not the nicest beaches or areas(southern or eastern Caribbean way better). We traveled before on freedom and allure and loved both. Travelled Norwegian and not comparable to rci. So when booking harmony, we ignored the many negative reviews as we thought "how can a new ship be that poor?". It really was such a dissapointment.

We are a family of 7 (10 years-75 years. 3 children 10,13,15. 4 adults).

Food- quality and variety in dining rooms poorer than previous ships. Windjammer very packed, but was expected for this many people. But Windjammer closed at 9pm. Only place to eat for 6200 guests is pizza, which is good, but only cheese, pep and 1 other available. Room service 8$ delivery charge. Mini bites advertised to have little bite size food. Not true. Hot dogs, nachos and burgers every day. Dog house only 3 types vs 6 on other ships. We loved park cafes salads previously. Harmony has no cheese, eggs, bacon etc to add to lettuce. Prepackaged ceaser , Italian dressings only option. Huge negative difference from freedom, allure in all food aspects.
