Sail Date: Apr 2017

I will start this review out by saying that it was our second time on the Carnival Triumph. I previously cruised on the Triumph in April of 2009.

We wanted a little get away to relax and be pampered. About a week after booking the cruise, I broke my ankle. My husband and I do not smoke.

The room was great. We booked a balcony room 7349. Rodrigo did a great job cleaning and preparing our room. Each evening we had cute towel animals and that was fun. The room was always clean and we love having turn down service. The decor and fixtures definitely need repair and updating, but that is not the room stewards responsibility.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

There is tons of shopping in Cozumel. Downtown will provide better prices and selection than the shopping directly off of ship. The food and beer are cheaper as you get away from port as well. The southern and eastern side of the island have the best beaches and waves. There are so many excursion in Cozumel. Chankanaab is a lovely park with so much to do and see.
