Recommended by a travel agent. Since this is the first time cruising for me, I had to trust his judgement. He misled me my telling me I/we were part of a special group from my area, and found that we were not. He failed to credit me for the cabin credits, and while I called the travel office, I was told that "sometimes it takes several days". That phone call was prior to disembarcment. On Friday the credit still was not there and of course that office was closed until Monday. Norwegian Credit Desk told me to take it up with the agent later.

I was not impressed with the fine dining package. The food was good, but not exceptional. We scheduled 3 shore excursions and were very happy with them, although we would have liked more time on Belize, and maybe more island time in general.

Although I sound somewhat negative, we had a really good time on the ship. I would definitely book with Norwegian again, now that I am a little more savvy regarding cruises. The travel agent, not so much.
