Have been on 3 Royal Caribbean Cruises. Took almost an hour to board the ship. Cabin was neat and clean but had noise issues that they could not repair. The wood panels in the back of the room at the head of the bed would rub and make a loud creaking noise. This would wake us at night. Maintenance tried to repair it but the noise would only go away for a few days. There were pipes rattling that sounded like someone was knocking on your door. This was repaired and the noise never came back. The entertainment was high school performers lever with the exception of the Royal Caribbean Singers and Dancers. These performers put on an outstanding show and were very talented. The ship only has three hot tubs not enough for 2500 guests. The main dining room food was good but nothing exceptional. It was also very noisy and you hard a very hard time hearing the person across the table. The Windjammer cafe food was sometimes better than the main dining room. However, the deserts were mainly cupcakes. Missed going to France because of a Pilot Harbor Strike. They diverted us to Dover England. The staff worked very hard to provide alternate shore excursions and transportation. The did an excellent job on a very short notice. Disembarkation was a total disaster. Most people had to wait almost two hours for a taxi. We were standing in line the whole time. This did not bother our legs then but cut the day short later on.
Cabin was clean. However, had issues with pipes making noise that sounded as someone was knocking on your door. Also had wood panels in the back of the room that made a creaking noise sometimes waking us up. They did fix the issue of the pipes knocking. They tried to fix the noise of the panels but the noise would come back after a few days.
