We did a family cruise from ages 8 to 74 years old and everyone had a great time. Our son loved Camp Ocean and wanted to be there every night, most nights--even late night. The staff from Camp Ocean, our cabin steward, and our dining room waiters were excellent. The food was good,--appetizers were better than the main courses, IMHO. We took an island tour on Grand Cayman, booking on shore at the last minute with Jennifer Ebanks--Cayman Native Tours and it was excellent. We rented a cabana at Mahogany Bay and it was the best money we ever spent. My 8 yr old son tried snorkeling for the first time and had a blast--seeing a stingray, sea turtle, sea urchin, and a nice amount of coral right off the pier, so we didn't lose anything not doing a snorkeling tour. Three of us went on an island tour and to the mayan ruins in Belize and it was great. In Cozumel, we just walked around and shopped.
We had FTTF and all of our cabins were ready when we boarded and embarkation was a breeze. A couple of us had Cheers! package--the service and drinks were great, worth the money and not worrying about cost and trying something new. The Alchemy Bar was very cool about trying something new.
The comedians at the beginning of the cruise were excellent--Great Job, Just June!! The later comedians were just so-so. The piano bar was fun and always full and the casino was alway hopping--not much winning in my case.
Cabin was roomy and in good repair. Small Flat screen television but it did not matter because we were never in the room. Service was excellent. We had our choice of service--AM, PM or both--we took just AM and it worked out great.
Rented a cabana and it was excellent. We could have spent the whole week there.
