Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom

It was new, large & offered a variety of activities. Embarking & disembarking was extraordinarily easy, as long as you follow instructions provided prior to taking off. We chose a room overlooking Central Park. It was a reasonably sized room & it was very clean. All of our luggage fit under the bed. We had 2 large pieces & 2 small pieces. There was a variety of entertainment available to choose from on the ship & on shore.

We traveled to three different ports. Labadee, Haiti was beautiful. We did a walking tour & spent the rest of the day on the beach. Lamy, The guide on the tour was very informative. We were rained out of our tour in Falmouth, Jamaica Rum Tasting Reggae Hill Tour. It was also a bit rushed. We did not get very many pictures there because we were on a bus. We would have chosen a different tour if we had known most of our time would have been on a bus for the majority of the tour. Our last tour was supposed to be the Starfish Snorkeling Tour, but the area was filled with jelly fish & they were not allowing tourist to go in, so we were allowed to change our excursion. We chose a Mayan Ruins & Island Tour. It was really great. They stopped at several places for us to take pics & take in the sites, still not really enough time to explore.

The dining experience varied. The buffet was average to say the least. Menu food was great at Giovanni, Izumi, The American Icon, and Chop Grill was ok. The food at Sabor was far from good. It was a Mexican food restaurant and the food had no flavor at all. This restaurant was not a part of the package, so we paid out of pocket & it was not worth it.

Central Park View Stateroom

Cabin CV

Very clean & well thought out for a small space. We had everything we needed. It was honestly better than a hotel room. I usually have problems with allergies to dust & fibers when I travel. The room was so clean I did not have to take allergy medicine at all while away.
