First cruise in 2009 on Grand Princess to Mediterranian "sampler", 15 days. Second, August 2015, Alaska departure from Seattle, WA (Grand Princess). Third, May 2016, departure from Vancouver, Canada (Crown Princess).

After three cruises on Princess, all not good however, I must say, the staff has ALWAYS been AWESOME! How Princess keeps these awesome employees when in Hawaii it's so difficult to find good workers with MORE THAN minimum wage. Because we have had such AWESOME service from our housekeeping to wait help and bartenders that alone has made our cruises "special". It is NOT because of the Princess "service" (front desk, check in, off shore excursions, etc.) but the "service staff" from, bartenders, housekeeping, etc. that makes Princess what they THINK they are.

I have written letters to recognize staff that has given 'EXCEPTIONAL" service, only to find out these employees DON'T receive any recognigtion what so ever.
