This was a wonderful cruise! The age of fellow cruisers was a bit older than I expected and found that I was in the young crowd at the age of 50. The fellow cruisers were a great mix of people from around the world. So many interesting and fun people on board. Many of the stops were a first for me and the transit through the Panama Canal was very interesting. I would definitely recommend this cruise itinerary to others. I was not as thrilled with Guatemala and Costa Rica, however, it was one of those life experiences that I've got under my belt. Debarkation at San Diego went off without a hitch and I was on board within half an hour. Cabins were ready around 1:30 and I set off to find my cabin. Near the forward elevators in a convenient area. My bags did not come to my room until almost 10 pm. This was a first for me, normally I've received my bags straight away. The sea days were calm and relaxed, and although the pool deck was busy, you could always find a lounge chair somewhere. The buffet was very good, And the Trellis restaurant was excellent. I wish the stops at Cabo and Puerto Vallarta had been longer. Had wonderful excursions at both stops snorkeling. There's nothing close to the port in Guatemala and if I go there again I would not get off the ship. Too hot and extreme poverty and garbage everywhere. Costa Rica was hot, however the boat ride to see the crocodiles was really interesting. Saw a lot of birds. The transit through the Panama Canal was very interesting and the guide did a fabulous job of narrating all day. We were an hour late docking in Curaçao due to the winds, however we were granted a departure one hour later than planned. Curaçao was beautiful as always and Mambo beach did not disappoint. Debarkation in Ft Lauderdale was fine and I was soon at the airport for the flight home.

Cabin Review

Ocean View 6

Cabin 06

The cabin was clean and well taken care of. Infinity is an older ship and she does show her age in some places. The bed was a typical cruise ship bed, nothing special but nothing horrible. My room steward, Douglas did a fantastic job!

Port Reviews

San Diego

Debarkation was very smooth.

Puerto Quetzal (Antigua)

Went to a Safari park. Good tour, but the country is depressing.
