Panama Canal was on the bucket list and Princess was the way to make it happen. We have bee sailing with Princess for many years now and the cruise line, the entertainment and the staff have, for the most part, me our expectations. As this was our first cruise through the Panama Canal we decided to stay with Princess.

We were in cabin C721, a mini suite, on the starboard side of the ship. The tours we selected were well organized and offered the best opportunity to see each as much as we could.

The cabins in the area we were located, Caribe, were half covered, but offered enough privacy. It was close, approximately 2 cabins, from the aft of the ship. This turned out to be good for as there is public aft balcony which is approximately the width of the ship. The area was hardly used and turned out to be a great alternative as we made the passage through the Panama Canal. The horizon court on the Coral is located on deck 14 on the front of the ship. Again another plus for us as it meant we got a little exercise. The Coral's wifi was good and we experienced no dead zones on the ship.

Cabin BE

The balcony was half covered by offered good privacy. The cabin was clean and well organized. The cabin in located two cabins away from a rear balcony on the Caribe deck. The rear deck allows you view the ocean from the Port side of the ship
