The panama Canal was fabulous. This was certainly a bucket list trip. I wish we could have heard the speakers on the ship. The entertainment in the Celebrity Lounge was horrible. The last day I was getting a salad at the buffet the staff literally started pulling items from the line as I was dishing up my food. Could they not have waited until we were done getting our food. I had expired or bad jam in Blu. I never received a bill. Trying to print boarding passes was a joke. There has to be a better way. The entire disembarkation was the worst I have ever seen. My luggage was in a different area than the number on the tag, the lines were ridiculous, we had paid for transfers to the airport but rode the bus with others that were bragging they just hopped on the bus with out paying. No one checked for receipts. We were minutes away from missing out flight. During embarkation I was told to go to one place for aqua class and my friend was told a completely different much longer line with general boarding. NO one seemed to know where we were going. There needs to be laundry facilities on the ship, especially when doing a 16 day cruise
