negative for the nickel & dime from NCL. and ignorance from some of the guest services people. cruise director and our room steward were great. spa sucked.horrible experience from a drunk guy that ruined a romantic dinner & staff was only going to buy us a drink to make up for it. our room and most of the area in the remote general vicinity of the casino (even 3 decks above) reeked of cigarettes. anything we called NCL prior to the cruise, they couldn't answer most questions. and entertainment was pretty poor. highlight was comedian. the dancers mostly sucked. the "magicians" were pathetic. spa was pushy and the massage was a waste of my money and definitely a waste of my time. no adult only area is a big downfall in my opinion. and the bed was crazy hard. they didn't have time to switch out the mattresses during the dry dock which is sad considering some of the stuff they did spend their time on.
