The cost and the date of the cruise The crew is excellent and eery one tried to please. The movies I ant say enough about Best of any ship I have been on. Activites were good to keep us busy for the crossing The internet needs work as it does on all Royal ships. The food in the dining room was not served hot. The windjammer food was pretty much the same thing for lunch each day. The diamond club host was very attentive and helpful The diamond club servers were the best on the ship. I Liked the fact that the cabin staff did not leave carts in the halls all day. The theater entertainer was weak on this ship Out of 14 nights I only stayed for the whole show on 2 nights I usually go each night ad sit down front. Would be nice to get a bigger shower but I understand if we dot. I love the Brilliance Im sure after the redo it will be even better.
