This was our 6th cruise with Norwegian. The Jewel is our favorite ship. Everything accessible and has an open lay-out. There are 2 pools to accommodate everyone. But no matter which ship or which destination, the staff and crew have always gone above and beyond to ensure our trip is as fun and as trouble free as possible. Very impressed by several crew members remembering us from previous cruises. Yes, we're talking about you Pedro and Katie! In Puerto Vallarta we enjoyed the Las Caletas Hideway. This Island was beautiful and lives up to it being a featured excursion. CJ and his crew (boat #6) were very entertaining both on the ride to and from the Island. The nightly entertainment on the shop was first rate. Different shows every night to appeal to everyone's taste. Also, they had two seating times so everyone had a chance to enjoy the show. Just wish we were young enough to stay up late for all the activities! We feel part of their family and are considering making the Mexican Riviera cruise an annual event.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Our cabin was clean and roomy enough for us to pass each other from one side to the other. No waiting for the other person to come through. Full size bath/shower with plenty of hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our Steward, Karl, provided exceptional service.
