Was not impressed to the staff at all. I received "attitude" on several occasions which was unwarranted. I have sailed on previous RC lines , which were phenomenal. This leads me to believe that there are issues behind the scenes that are causing low morale. The ship is very large to accompany many passengers. But with the size, the amenities were pretty much the same as the smaller ships. That is why all the shows were by reservation only. I like to wing it and not be on a schedule when I vacation. I would like to just pop in and out of shows but this is not possible on this ship. Instead of rushing thru 3 port calls, I would like to see maybe 2 port calls with more time to explore. Overall, not impressed, I will book other cruise lines from here forward.I hope this helps when booking in the future.
