This was my 3rd RCCL cruise. I have never had such poor service. Dining room service easily took 30-40 between appetizer and when meals arrive. On 2nd formal night we were served raw lobster!!! Bar service was also extremely bad. On Wed. they ran out of peach and strawberry daiquiri mix. When my husband went to customer service to complain he was assured they were bringing more onboard as they spoke. It took until the next day before more was available. They blamed it on the fact the ship was going into dry dock. I was told they were running inventory down. However as one of many customers who had pre-purchased the deluxe drink package I did so with the understanding that all drinks would be available for the duration of my cruise. In addition, getting a waiter to bring me a drink on the pool deck or in lounges was near impossible. When my husband raised that concern, he was told they had reduced some crew to help prepare for the ship going into dry dock! Again not acceptable. Only 1 ice cream machine was in service all week with over 500 kids on board! On day one when announcement that staterooms were ready are stateroom was not fully cleaned. Bathroom hadn't been touched. All of these things also impacted other quests/clients traveling with us. Food on Coco Cay was cold. This included the ribs, chicken, burgers and hotdogs. Overall I was very disappointed in this RCCL cruise.
