We are loyal to Royal Caribbean...always great service...from beginning of booking to last day departing... Oasis is a beautiful ship, lots to do, lots to enjoy, shows are wonderful....Service is Excellent . We were surprised they are charging for room service. We always like to have breakfast on the balcony at least once or twice.. We are also Diamond Members and again we were bypassed on the amenities.....normally something in our room when we check in and also normally a plate of goodies is delivered from the chef during the week....We were bypassed on both, did go to Guest Services and a plate of Chocolate Covered Strawberries was brought to our room the afternoon of the last day... This happened on our last cruise too.....We love the Casino, but missed the double points sometimes given on at sea days when you use the slots in the morning. All in all, it was a great cruise as all RC cruises are...Currently looking for a 5-7 deal this summer, besides the Cuba cruises out of Tampa...Sure hate to go on a different cruise line....Hopefully something will pop us soon....
