I really enjoyed my cruise, and I would definitely go again. The NCL Sky is older and smaller, but my room and all the public areas were clean and fresh. We had a good week, and a decent mix of people (old, young, etc.), but very few children. The food was good; nothing earth shattering, but perfectly fine. I liked the atmosphere of the Crossings restaurant (5 aft) a little more than Palace (5 mid). One odd thing, the first two nights, service in the MDR was great, but the second two nights it was beyond slow. We switched restaurants every other night and went at about the same time each day. But this was just a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a good experience. The all-inclusive is clutch. Drinks were good, bar service was good and quick. The pool deck was a decent size for the size of the ship. We were always able to find loungers in the shade. There were very few lines, but any we did encounter moved quickly and efficiently, from check-in to U.S. Customs at the end of the cruise.
The Sky is not the most luxurious ship I've been on, but it was still nice and I felt like I got my money's worth from this vacation.
Cabin smaller than others I've had, but was fine for a short cruise. Plenty of storage, clean, and the beds were comfy.
Freeport just isn't my favorite. The facilities around the terminal are good for souvenirs, but anything else requires an excursion or taxi out.
Nassau is fine. Nothing spectacular IMO unless you want to spend the money for Atlantis.
Favorite stop of the cruise by far. Beautiful beach.
