All in all the cruise was a disappointment from the terminal embarkation to the disembarkation. Terminal was extremely crowded, very disorganized, travelers arriving and leaving from same spot. Very confusing, had to wait over an hour for our shuttle to find us in the mass of people and vehicles. We will not leave from Miami again. The cruise itself was acceptable, but not pleasurable. I found the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The staff and PA announcer were difficult to understand. The Windjammer restaurant was always crowded with people bumping into me and then after getting food, no tables to be found. We had to stand once to eat. We tried the tables outside by the pool, but found they were not cleaned off. Staff seemed to be just wandering around both outside and inside. I noticed to many supervisors barking directions but unwilling to step in and help. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Coco Cay was the biggest farce for me. Everything on the island was overpriced. Our granddaughter and her friend paid for the inflatable slides. The woman there was very rude to them. They paid $48 apiece. The shuttle there and back was slow as well. Total waste.
