I just returned from my cruise (honeymoon) and although it was enjoyable it was not the cruise I hoped for. To begin we got on board and I wanted to purchase day passes to the adult only area Vibe. I had spoken to customer service prior to sailing and was assured I could purchase day passes for 25.00 per person per day as I was unable to buy them prior. Once on board I was informed day passes were never available but I could purchase a week long pass for 99.00 per person. I did not want this as I was assured DAY passes would be available and we would be in port for 4 days and I would not be able to use the pass if I was not on the boat. Strike one.

Second I was to receive a $100 OBC but it was only showing as $50 after calls to my travel agent they informed me that NCL was unable to credit my account because it was 4 days into the cruise. I find this to be wrong on many levels. First I am aware that the cruise can place any amount of credit on a customer bill if they need to but NCL refused to do this. I am also aware that cruise lines can charge my bill very quickly when I purchase something on board. Strike two.

And the last complaint or disruption was extremely slow service in Le Bistro. We waited an hour and a half to have dinner served and the restaurant was not even half full for a 5:30 reservation, the food was so-so. I expected french food and it was more so American. The escargot did not have garlic but parmesan flavored. The Savor restaurant food was edible at best. Chicken cordon blue that was basically a thin sliced breast and no filling. Ocean Blue was a complete disaster. The shrimp was overcooked and the lobster was tough both in the bisque and the main course. I believe Geoffrey Zakarian would be embarrassed to have his name associated with your brand. The menu stated a lobster tail and I received a half of a lobster which in turns means I received a half tail. Also the bisque was the same served in your Moderno restaurant. I do not think that is a Brazilian dish and the lobster was tough in that too. I expected better from your dining options. Strike three.
