Embarkation was quick and simple, disembarkation was disorderly, missing communication, and EXTREMELY long! We had one good meal on board. All other meals were were mediocre at best. The same food was served at most meals and wasn't good. Other cruises I've been on have much more going on throughout the day, we often found ourselves with nothing to do or spending more money for activities/entertainment offered. Staff was excellent on most of the ship. The private island was beautiful, but again the same less than tasty food was served. Our cabin was tiny, but that is to be expected. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable, the bathroom far beyond small and shower was barely enough to fit into. Our ship took on a LOT of water during a thunderstorm. Water coming through the ceiling of the dining room on deck 5, water coming down the stairs from the pool desk, flooding rooms, flooding elevators.... quite scary! Staff kept their cool, as I am sure they are trained to do, but when our group was told that "this was normal and happens every time there is a big storm" we were beside ourselves! This was NOT normal water for a ship to take on! The whole ship was tipped to the side! UNBELIEVABLE and will NOT be cruising Norwegian ever again!

Cabin O1

Our cabin was tiny, but that is to be expected. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and extremely small, the bathroom far beyond small and shower was barely large enough to fit into.
