We selected the Norwegian and the Jade for it's overall value, ports of call and time of year. We were delighted when we found out that it had just undergone a complete refurb three weeks prior to our cruise. The embarkation process was flawless and once on the ship, the general areas were well done and clean and organized. The food at the specialty dining locations (including Teppanyaki, Cagney's and La Cucina) was outstanding and the service was exceptional. Our cabin steward kept our room immaculate at all times. We especially enjoyed The Pit Stop's manager, Ricky Gombs, and the level of service he gave. Our excursion that we booked through the cruise were very well organized and just a lot of fun. We especially enjoyed the speed boats in Cozumel and the ATV excursion in Costa Maya. My only criticism would be with the excursion in Honduras as they took us on a catamaran into really choppy water. We snorkeled out way too far from the boat and struggled getting back. However, that was not Norwegian's fault. We will definitely cruise with Norwegian again!

Cabin MA

Our cabin was spacious for two people and was well appointed and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our balcony view.
