I have been loyal to Norwegian and have never had a BAD experience. This time, I was very disappointed in service and especially in their policy change of NO bringing sodas or waters of your own on board. I am sure it is to make more money. Understand that but don't make me buy the ship water to take on excursion and then the bottle is so big I can't finish but can't bring it back on board. Even unopened bottles. What a farce. Essentially, you wasted my money. Then they serve only Pepsi products on board. I don't like Pepsi and I don't drink alcohol. So if you won't let me bring 16 oz. bottles of water or a soda product I do like, offer them on board. The service was less than great and rarely a smile from the crew. If it weren't for the 5 friends that came along, it would have been a bust.
