The ship was huge with a lot to offer, but lines were long and the organization was poor. Stops at port were shorter than normal and transportation provided for excursions was poor. The small amount of time we were docked was spent mostly traveling. The employees for Royal Caribbean were kind and courteous. Cabin service was good and the stateroom attendant was great. He always made sure we were taken care of. The food was sub par compared to most cruises I have been on and the choices were limited. Not a lot of dining available during off hours, as compared to other cruise lines. The entertainment was great and there were a lot of options. The ships WiFi was a joke. They wanted a fortune for their service. On Disney we were given little phones to use around the ship to keep in contact with other people in our party and Carnival has a phone app they offer for free, for the same purpose, so you can use your phone to call other cell phones on the ship. The shore excursions were very short in time, we were always rushing to complete our excursions, purchased through Royal, and most of the time at port was spent in a bus. We traveled with our children and they enjoyed the pool areas. We cruise quite often as a family and have been on all of the major lines, this was our second Royal Caribbean cruise. The first one was much better. They may be making bigger boats, but that doesn't equate to better vacations or cheaper ones. I will recommend other cruise lines.
