Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

Wished to visit the northern european destinations. At the time of boarding, the crew mistook us for yatch-club members and took us to a wrong cabin. Then, we were told that we have to buy the water bottles for drinking at the time of dinner. Later we came to know that water was included in our ticket. There was some code on our key card which said so. But not all dining/eating places on the ship would honor that. Even the wine-package that we purchased would not serve us wine at the dinning table. We had to get our wine-glasses from the bar outside the dining hall at the time of dinner. At breakfast and snack time, no drinks were brought to our table. No artfully folded towels, or chocolates in the state room at the end of the day. Basic minimum services we have seen in other cruise lines were not offered in MSC. Never to cruise MSC again.

Was OK. Nothing special to write about.
