I wanted to do a Transatlantic and see the ports I had never seen this ship came out of dry dock without completing the work. They were still laying carpet while cruising. Some plumbing was not working. Staff was not well trained for this ship. They changed their menu and it was not very good. If this had been my first Princess cruise I would never sail Princess Again. The boarding was also terrible. Due to late arrival in FLL passengers had to wait on the pier for over 6 hours. They did not provide anything for those waiting. They should have opened the room and served water or coffee and tea. Many people where older and the conditions were terrible. There was no communication from the staff working the pier. Everyone was confused . They did offer to shuttle you to the Galaria Mall but no general announcement was ever made.
