Cruise was chose for itinerary to Haiti and St. Kitts, St Nevis. Children ruled the ship. Parents, nor security were willing to curtail the madness. Grabbing food with their dirty hands, knocking over tables an chairs, running into other passengers were just a sampling of the issues. The food was tasteless. When you pay for a Grand Suite you expect a better quality of service than the economy traveler who spends all their time utilizing all the free stuff on board and spending very little money enjoying life. Embarking and disembarking were a joke. Especially for suite guests. It was a boondoggle pure and simple. Express meant you stood in a different line and were serviced when the next available service person was available. As for delivery of your baggage it was a joke also. Express delivery means the last person to get their bags is in the suites. Not the first. Concierge staff were excellent. Restaurant wait staff were definitely ill trained and slow.
