We chose this cruise because we liked the itinerary and wanted to try NCL, having cruised with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity and loved it, we thought we should try a different cruise line to compare. Overall we felt that this cruise was disappointing in most aspects, From friendliness of staff to organised activites, we felt that they fell short in comparison to other cruises and ships we were on. The worst thing I think was the food. We were served the toughest cuts of meet or its wasn't cooked to its best, and served moldy raspberries and brocoli that had gone past its best, Cagneys stake house on the other hand was excellent, the stake was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. Our stateroom attendant was very good and kept our room clean and stocked with the necessities, and the overall cleanliness of the ship was ok but the toilets were always in need of attention, which in my opinion was quite an important matter. Activities were poorly organised and the staff didn't seem to quite have the enthusiasm we were used to. On the other hand we thought the cruise dancers/singers and other acts were very good. Excursions were quite well organised but on one particular occasion we had lunch provided by the NCL from a restaurant and later suffered food poisoning. This unfortunately impacted on the last few days of our cruise and resulted in my sister missing out on a planned excursion to cabo san lucas.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Porthole Window

Cabin OG

very noisey cabin due to location of the anchor and crew room nextdoor. The cabin was well set out and kept clean
