Cuba has been on my bucket list forever . . . so the inaugural RC Cruise to Cuba was impossible to miss! Empress is an older and a lot smaller ship than the others, and the cruising experience was somewhat different from all the others.

Junior suite did not have a refrigerator / mini-bar, or a bathtub, but the closet was spacious. #9152 - right off the aft elevators and stairs, so very convenient to the spa (right above) and main dining room a few decks below.

Casino was really small and very hot - apparently no AC in it, so it was not fully used. Only one specialty restaurant (Chops) and only one spacious bar (Schooner) which was always packed. Do not really like the $7.95 charge for room service . . .

Cabin Review

Cabin Junior Suite

Small, no fridge / mini- bar, no tub. Basically a balcony stateroom on any other ship.
