Overall I was happy with my cruise experience. I always love leaving from New Orleans and we had an excellent embarkation and disembarkation. The ship has been renovated since I was last on it and is very nicely done. The dining experience was great in the dining rooms, buffet and O'Sheehans. Our service was excellent every where we ventured. We enjoyed the shows and entertainment offered and everyone in our party found activities that were entertaining for them. We also liked all of our ship excursions in Cozumel, Honduras and Belize.
Our only issue was a problem with not having hot water for showers. Mornings brought cold showers and other times of day you may have lukewarm to hot water. We called maintenance several times but the issue was never resolved. We started taking showers at night because that seemed to be the best bet. The cabin next to us also had a water pipe break and flood their bathroom but it only slightly leaked into the hall between our cabins.
I would definitely go on this cruise again.

Mid-Ship Inside
Our cabin was perfect for my sister and I. There was plenty of storage for what we brought and with the twin bed layout made for a very spacious room. I wish that there was more than one 110 plug in the room. I did bring and extension cord so we faired okay overall. There was a problem with fluctuating water temperature in the bathroom. There was little to no hot water in the morning and hot water came and went through the day. Though we called maintenance three different times that issue was never resolved. Our room steward kept the room clean and maintained.
