We took our 12 and 15 year old children on this cruise and everyone had a great experience. The ship is huge with lots of activities. The Royal Promenade is new for me and I was so impressed. It felt like we were in a small town. The kids (and us too!) liked the availability of snacks and beverages at Cafe Promenade and Sorrentos. The kids stayed busy with friends and age appropriate activities and the adults had plenty to do as well. The shows were outstanding! The singers were so talented and the ice skating show was impressive. The comedians were really funny and we appreciated that they offered a family friendly show in addition to their adult show. The staff was great and the food was wonderful (and abundant!) The ports of call were nice and there was ample to do. This is my 11th cruise (5th with RCCL) and it was perfect! T

We booked this cruise last minute so we could only get an inside room. Not much to say...it was the typical small room but it was clean and served its purpose. I would've preferred a balcony room but that's my fault for booking last minute.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Beautiful island, nice beach, mountain coaster was fun!

St. Maarten

The snorkeling tour on the ship was sold out so we went to the information kiosk in port and they referred us to Blue Bubbles. The guys were very friendly and the price was half off. We went to the same snorkeling spot as the cruise ship excursions but we were docked further away so a little more swimming was involved....well worth the $180 we saved.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Nice port. Loved the locals with the monkeys. They let us old them for awhile and we gave them a tip. The monkeys seemed very content and well cared for. We wanted to do the zipline tour but the ship excursion was full. You are unable to book this from the port when you arrive, it must be prearranged with RCCL.
