We chose this ship because it was the newest. Not impressed. Missed the glass elevators in the atrium - wow factor gone. I felt like that tried to jam too much on one ship. Aft pool deck was crowded with two hot tubs and big bar, but no hot tubs at main pool??? I booked six months in advance (platinum status) and could not get 8:15 dining option. For future cruises that will be a deal breaker. Too rushed to get in from port and make dinner at 6:00. We love Carnival, however, this was the first time we really noticed that the wait staff did not know how to SMILE. There were a few, but just a few. Bar service staff were very BLAH! Disappointing! We booked an inside cabin (7455) that creeked with every wave that hit so it made it hard to get a good nights sleep. We always decide to have a good vacation before we step foot on the ship, but there were some disappointing moments this trip. Entertainment (Comedians and Bands) was awesome! Will cruise Carnival in the future, but not Vista again.
