The staff consistently give the guest the feeling that they are pleased to be there for service.
We spent 3 nights in Miami before the cruise. Great food. Waves too high for us to enjoy the beach in April. But there were many people at the beach just the same.
We drove the the port of Miami. Easy enough to find with GPS.
Parking was just a little difficult - because the parking garage is not marked at all. Even the exit for driving when leaving is not clearly marked.
9 nights Miami to Labadee Haiti, to Curacao, to Aruba, to Bonaire and back to Miami.
Excellent customer service on the whole cruise. Ports are interesting. We did Island tours on each Island. Unfortunately snorkeling on Bonaire was cancelled by the shore vendor. Friends who snorkeled on their own loved it. Beautiful fish.
Embarkation was a snap. Customs in debarkation took 1 hour in line. The US customs agents had unexplained delays.
We travel Royal Caribbean as often as possible.
We had a balcony cabin, departures were very nice to experience from our own balcony.
This is an aft cabin. There is very little cover on this particular cabin and the deck can be seen from above cabins and common areas. Its a long walk from everywhere on board, we were able to get more steps in. Room on the balcony for 2 chairs, a table and 2 lounge chairs.
Take the free busses for restaurants in the mid and south of the city
Great tour with great commentary. Busses were newer - bus small - and tight fitView All 57 Haiti Cultural tour Reviews
Island tour included the Cave tour. We had 3 stops and each was interesting. A museum, the caves and the distillery..we had enough time in each stopView All 224 Island Tour Reviews
Stops at California Light house, aloe factory, Ayo Rock formations. The only free restrooms were at the Rock Formations. Women's restroom stalls were too small for most people, go before joining the tour, or pay the dollar for the better stop.View All 248 Island Tour Reviews
