Itinerary was excellent. Two days in Israel and some other ports of call that are attractive in different ways that were easily accessible. That was the main attraction.

The ship was old but looked well cared for. The sailing was very smooth and cabin comfortable if a little lacking in storage capacity.

We found the ship's staff to be friendly and efficient and the ship to be very clean.

Balcony

Cabin BX

Comfortable bed but lack of space for clothes. The bathroom is small but the reason given is that the ship was designed for smaller passengers. Adequate for two people but would be a struggle for three.

Port Reviews

Venice

Embarkation took a long time

Crete (Heraklion)

15 minute walk into town. A pleasant town to visit

Haifa (Tel Aviv)

We joined others for a small group tour each day. Day one to Jerusalem and Bethlehem and day two to the biblical north including Nazareth, Tabgha, Lake Gallilee. Organised by Guided Tours Israel these were an excellent experience.

Limassol

We took a trip with Spanos Buses. We saw citrus groves, a castle, Omodos village( a tourist village which was very nice and welcoming), a winery and old Limassol.

Rhodes

We did a jeep safari with Rhodes adventures that was ok

Kotor

A lovely old walled town that is a very short walk from the berth. The setting is very picturesque

Split

A 15 minute walk into a very interesting town. The centre is the remains of Diocletian's Palace full of arches, squares and alleys.
