Overall the cruise was an amazing time from start to finish. The service and friendliness of the ships staff couldn't have been better. Our experience in the dining room from its staff service and entree and desert quality was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. As a first time cruiser my experience with the quality of ship and staff will remain unforgettable. All my anxieties about the unknown issues of cruising were quickly laid to rest by the Royal Caribbean staff as soon as I stepped off the plane in Tampa. To be honest I was taken back by the size and quaintness of our interior state room. But after the first day it became quite pleasant and actually belightful due to our humorous and exemplary room attendant (Freddy). Room size never seemed to matter with the array of things to do and see while aboard the "Rhapsody". Our trip was more than I had hoped for and the Port excursions were icing on the cake. "Extreme zip lining" 300' over the jungle of Roatan was breathtaking and worth every penny. "Snorkeling the Wonders" in Belize was as awe inspiring as I'd hoped for never to be forgotten. In Costa Maya a self taxied trip to the "Crazy Lobster" for genuine shopping, lunch on the beach, amazing views, and some rest and relaxation was everything we'd desired. Our "Push & Pull" dolphin experience in Cozumel will forever be a highlight that will take some doing to ever top. Overall we had the time of our lives and hope this review will be a stepping stone of information for your Royal Caribbean dream vacation.

To be honest I was taken back by the size and quaintness of our interior state room. But after the first day it became quite pleasant and actually belightful due to our humorous and exemplary room attendant (Freddy). At 6' 2" 240lbs I became quite friendly with the shower curtain in the 2'x3' shower. But like most things in life it's what you make of it that becomes your ability to enjoy life in general and that we did. For two adults these rooms are more than adequate, we had our 18 year old daughter along and faired just fine once we figured out the extra beds extend down from the ceiling. We're a close family but not close enough for three in a bed. Overall, room size never seemed to matter with the array of things to do and see while aboard the "Rhapsody"

Port Reviews

Tampa

Great staff and a well organized experience

Costa Maya

With excellent information given by "Emily Thomas" a Windjammer staff member we took a local taxi into town for a more authentic afternoon of shopping and relaxation. The "Crazy Lobster" provided us with an awesome lunch and beverage experience. The lunch on the beach atmosphere is tough to match and the scenic ocean view awe inspiring. The shopping and locals were a great time, bartering and transacting with each other was memorable.
