I have traveled with RC on at least 5 cruises in the past. They have a excellent reputation, wide choice of ports to visit, good variety of cruise lengths and dates. Embarking and disembarking went very smoothly especially getting through customs. The ship was clean in all areas we visited and had crew members constantly checking them. The dining experience was the best I have ever had on a cruise. The food and choices excellent, table staff was exceptional and if we tried something and did not like it (never happened to us) it was immediately replaced with something else. Our cabin steward was attentive to all of needs and requests and was constantly checking with us if he saw us in the passageways to make sure we had everything we needed in our cabin. All of the crew members that were serving us made it their priority to remember and call us by name. The entertainment was very good especially the Ice Show. Service in all areas was exceptional. Variety of shore excursions was very good. Unfortunately one excursion in St. Thomas was cancelled because of low participation and we did not find out about until we were on board. We were able to schedule a replacement but the variety was limited.

The only major complaint was the internet/Wifi service it went down a lot and was slow. For the quality of service received it should be free instead of $22 a day.
