We are pretty savvy cruisers. We have 4 teenagers who have cruised with us since they were young. We like RC a lot and had waited to take the larger ships so we were very excited about this cruise.

When we got on the ship we ran directly to make reservations. Stood in line for 35 minutes to find out: Escape Room - SOLD OUT, ifly - NOT enough spots to do it with our family - North Star - early morning availability ONLY! How do you put so many activities on a boat that CANNOT accommodate all the passengers?

THEN, the main engine went out. So our first stop at Cape Canaveral had to be moved to the end of our trip. OK, these things happen, we understand. But, due to that we were out of the country we had to go through customs now that day and it was HORRIBLE! Everyone had to get off the boat and WAIT - JUST STAND AND WAIT - for over 3 hours! People were sitting in the grass, kids were running around screaming. It was hot and there was no water? And no where to walk? They should have at least had complimentary shuttles to take people to the beach or to a mall somewhere. TERRIBLE PLANNING on their part! AND NO APPOLOGIES OR ANYTHING!

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Clean and Nice. Except for the "No water" and then "brown water"
